When we are used to others figuring things out for us or when we have forgotten our resilience because of complacency or avoidance, it can be hard to truly practice being our own healer. When we find ourselves in this place, a little grit can help.

Likewise, when we are overwhelmed, stressed, and overloaded, when we feel like we are carrying the weight of the world on our shoulders or life feels like a struggle from one day to the next, it can be hard to create space for ourselves to tune in and listen to the soft whispers of our intuition. When we find ourselves in this place, a little grace can help.

Grit and grace are potent aspects of resilience that allow us to transform feelings of powerlessness into a remembrance of how very capable we are.

During this retreat, we will welcome the stunning beauty of ancient Africa while connecting deeply within to remember how much we have to offer and give to contribute to the collective well-being of the many sacred animals, plants, people, and lands that call Earth their home.

Upon arrival to Nairobi, you will take a private chartered flight to the fabled Matthews Mountains. Here lies the stunning Sarara Camp.

You will be immersed in the beautiful culture of the Samburu tribe, amongst sacred wildlife viewing including the elusive leopard and fantastic elephant.

Whether you choose to stay in one of the treehouses that are nestled into a forest glade at the foot of Warges Peak or the Reteti House – an off-the-grid, solar-powered, and entirely eco-friendly compound featuring a spectacular central lounge and infinity pool overlooking the elephant waterhole – you will wake up surrounded by the magnificent nature of the Matthews Range´s magic.
